The Yeomen of the Guard
Gaudeamus Productions presents its most ambitious production to date Gilbert and Sullivan's The Yeomen of the Guard with its spellbinding music and fantastic story running from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th September in the spectacular surroundings of the inner ward of Cahir Castle. The Production is directed by the Michael O'Donoghue. Tickets for this very special, once-off production are available to purchase from Marians, O'Connell Street, Clonmel, Cahir House Hotel, Cahir and from the Excel in Tipperary town. Thurles artist opens exhibition in Cork
Vox Materia, by Thurles artists Alice Maher, comprises a multi-part installation of sculpture and eight large works on paper at the Crawford Art Gallery, Cork from 7 September to 24 November 2018.

Country music extravaganza
Louise Morrissey and friends in concert in the GAA complex in Golden on Monday 17th September. Show starts at 8pm. Special guests include Jimmy Buckley, Declan Nerney, Mick Flavin, Des Willoghby, Patrick O'Sullivan, Ciaran Rosney and the Ryan Turner Band. Tickets for this event cost €25.
