OOLA COMMUNITY COUNCIL

The AGM of Oola Community Council will take place next Monday, February 20, at 8.30pm in Oola Community Centre, it is most important that all local organising have representatives at this meeting to get involved in the new council. Also any local people interested in local community is asked to place come along and get involved.

PILGRIMAGE 2012

Lourdes and the Shrines of France, October 14 to 21. Seven nights visiting Lourdes, Rocamadour, Nevers, Paris and Lisieux. Price for flights and three nights full board in Lourdes and other four nights half board E799. A non-refundable deposit of E200 is required for booking. Fr John Morris PP will be the spiritual director. For booking and further information contact Catriona Delaney on 086 2112011.

OOLA YOUTH CLUB

Oola Senior youth club will be travelling to the regional basketball tournament in Thurles this Saturday. No club that evening.

OOLA GAA

Nursery Programme: The nursery programme for U8 and 10s boys and girls continues on Friday evenings in Doon at 7pm Membership is now due and can be paid to Registrar John Whelan or any committee member. Adults €E20, Students and Senior Citizens €E10 and Juveniles €E5. A special life membership is now also available for €E150.

Ladies Football: Indoor fitness training for U16, Minor and Intermediate ladies will be held in Doon Community Centre on Wednesday evenings from 7.30pm to 8.30pm. All welcome.

BINGO- every Tuesday in Oola at 8.30pm, all are welcome.
