Legal representatives for the estate of a late Tipperary man have applied for planning permission at his house. 

The estate of the late (Reggie) John O'Neill c/o Brendan J Quigley & Co. Solicitors are seeking "permission for retention" at a property at Killeen, Borrisokane, county Tipperary.

The application relates to the "existing domestic shed and planning permission for a new wastewater treatment system including percolation area".
