A meeting is set to take place about housing in Cullen
Badly-needed housing could be delivered in a West Tipperary village as talks are set to get underway.
Local independent councillor John O'Heney raised the issue of providing housing in the village of Cullen at the April plenary meeting of Tipperary County Council this week.

In a social media post after the meeting, Cllr O'Heney said that he had been "quietly raising the issue of housing in Cullen Village" over the past year.
Cllr O'Heney said that a meeting is now set to take place in the coming months with an Approved Housing Body (AHB) with a view to providing more housing in the village.

"I am hopeful the existing houses in the village can be occupied in due course, with provisions made for new houses too," Cllr O'Heney said in the social media post.
