CONGRATS! Tipp Mid West Radio presenter awarded for her contribution to Irish country music

Tipp Mid West Radio presenter Mary O'Brien has been recognised for her contribution to Irish country music.
Mrs O'Brien, who’s been a presenter for over 32 years, received the Outstanding service to Irish Country Music Award at the Hot Country Awards earlier this month.
Mary presents a number of shows from Tuesday and Thursday's 'Afternoon Delight', Saturday’s 'Country Jamboree' and Monday’s 'Late Night Show' and previously a show called 'My Kind of Country' which gave country artists an opportunity to visit the radio studio and play songs of their choice whilst also connecting with their fans.
Mary had a busy month as she's also the main organiser of the Tipp Mid West Radio 35th Anniversary concert which took place in April.
Mary has organised many fundraising concerts over the years for the radio which feature both established and new country singers.
