A decision is due from Tipperary County Council on whether to green light to residential development by Wednesday, November 5
A planning application to build 37 two-storey detached houses in the Dundrum area of Tipperary had been sent to the County Council.
The application, made by Remcoll Capital, would see a residential development of 37 detached houses to complete the existing partially complete 'Kilnamanagh Manor' near the village.
The application also seeks for the demolition and removal of various existing partially constructed dwelling structures, concrete bases etc. on the site as well as the decommissioning of the existing non-operational foul treatment plant, reed bed, and pumping station.
This would instead be replaced with a new foul water pumping chamber and foul water rising main, that existing dwellings would also be given access to.
Tipperary County Council formally received the application on Thursday, September 11, and have until Wednesday, November 5 to make their decision.
