Recovery is Possible will be theme of free Tipperary Mental Health Week public event

A free public event to mark World Mental Health Day will take place in the TUS campus in Thurles on Friday, October 10 from 9am to 1pm

This main event for Tipperary Mental Health Week 2024 will celebrate the themes of community resilience, support and with the theme “Recovery is Possible”.

It will feature guest speakers, presentations, a panel discussion and a host of organisations supporting positive mental health services and initiatives, with information stands and signposting.

This special event promises a day filled with support, encouragement and take-home learnings. 

Parking will be available on campus and the venue is wheelchair friendly with accessible toilets and facilities.
