A local dog owner in Tipperary has made an emotional appeal for help after their beloved dog, Whiskey, has been missing for nearly two weeks.
“We’ve left no stone unturned,” the owner said. “We’ve been searching day and night, following every lead, and doing everything we can to find him. Now, we really need the public’s help more than ever.”
Whiskey has been missing from the Knockavilla area of Tipperary since last Wednesday, January 28.

The family have also put forward a €1,000 reward for Whiskey's safe return to them.
His owners are hopeful that he may have been taken in by a kind member of the public, possibly an older person or farmer, who may not be aware that Whiskey is micro-chipped.
Whiskey is described as having a shiny, short black and white coat and is neutered and fully micro-chipped.

Whiskey, whose disappearance has left the family heartbroken, may be frightened and cautious, his owner warns. They are urging anyone who thinks they spot him not to approach him, as he could run. Instead, they ask that people take a photo or video if possible and contact them immediately.
The family can be reached at 085 7126668 or 086 308 5764.
The local community has been asked to help spread the word and keep an eye out for Whiskey, with the hope that he will be reunited with his family soon.
“Let’s bring Whiskey home,” the owner concluded.
