WATCH: Tipperary man's pub party trick goes down a treat on national telly

A Tipperary native got his moment in the limelight on national television recently when he joined local comedic duo on The 2 Johnnies Late Night Lock In.

Cahir man and lifelong friend of co-host Johnny B O'Brien, Robbie Cunningham graced screens across the country to showcase his unique pub party trick.

Having witnessed Robbie's "amazing trick" first-hand while on a night out at home, Johnny B and Johnny Smacks enlisted Robbie for their pub-based TV show on RTE2. Featuring a host of well-known guests and focusing on Irish culture, the show celebrates the characters, humour, music and fun found in pubs throughout the country.

Using his bald head to his advantage, Robbie uses suction to affix two empty Red Bull cans on top of his head, declaring "they're there for the night" to rapturous applause from the audience. 

When asked by Johnny B how the trick works, Robbie simply replies "suction" before making his way through the crowd to high-fives and pats on the back.
