Clonmel’s Roz Purcell says 2016 has been her “busiest year ever”.
Speaking to The Nationalist at the official opening of GreenHeart Café in Dove Hill Irish Design Centre, the author of Natural Born Feeder chatted about adopting a puppy, becoming a mentor and penning her second cookbook.
“I‘ve adopted a little puppy who is like a child to me so I’m a full-time mum,” she laughed.

The 2010 winner of Miss Universe Ireland said it’s “always nice” to come back to Tipperary, continuing: “It’s the only time I can actually relax as there is no phone reception in my house, so it’s brilliant”.
Roz is heading to Hong Kong and Thailand for Christmas, and mentioned her plans for the new year. “I have a really exciting new product coming out, hopefully my second book will be out in 2017 depending how fast I write it, and I also plan on doing a lot more travelling,” she added.
