Cahir Meet and Train group’s activities were cancelled last weekend due to Storm Emma and the Beast from the East.
The current Couch to 5k gang got on great at the Operation Transformation 5k Day recently and are now preparing to up their game. Meetings continue as normal on Tuesdays and Thursdays in Duneske at 7:30pm.
