Tributes have been pouring in on Twitter for the late Tipperary ladies footballer Rachel Kenneally, who passed away after a brave battle with illness.
Funeral liturgy for the 26-year-old Ballyglass native took place in St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary, on Thursday, with burial afterwards in St. Michael’s Cemetery.
Mass in memory of Rachel takes place on Easter Sunday in St. Michael’s Church at 12.30pm.
Think it would be a fitting tribute to rename the Munster @LadiesFootball Senior Dairygold Cup in Rachel Kenneally's memory #ArdheisDégoraibhahanam pic.twitter.com/e0TWTyZRwn
