Tipperary arts festival is looking for more volunteers to get involved

For over 25 years the  Clonmel Junction Arts Festival has been bringing audiences and artists together to collaborate, create and connect with the Arts.

“Would you like to join us and be part of the festival team this summer? Have you time to spare and would you like to gain experience of arts and event management and work as part of a team of vibrant, like-minded arts enthusiasts?” asked Artistic Director Rebecca Lenehan.

“If the answer is a resounding yes, then Clonmel Junction Arts Festival invites you to volunteer for the run up to the festival from June as well as for the festival itself from 3rd to 12th July 2026,” she said.

Roles for our 2026 festival include: stewarding, Box Office assistants, Front of House and production assistants with all volunteers attending an induction meeting and training in their roles.

“If you have an interest in the Arts, a positive and outgoing personality, and would like to be part of our vibrant festival team, then we’d love to hear from you.

“Volunteers are the backbone of our festival, and we really appreciate the skills and energy they bring to the festival each year.

If you’ve volunteered for Junction before, then we’d love to hear from you. If you haven’t, but would like to be part of the 2026 festival, then I’d really encourage you to fill in the form and take the opportunity to work with one of the premier arts organisations in the South East.”

GREEN VOLUNTEER
“For the first time this year we’re also including a Green Volunteer role, highlighting how important our Environmental Policy is to the festival. Our Green Volunteers will be central to ensuring our festival meets our targets and learns more about our audience,” said Rebecca Lenehan.
