Boogie, Blunders and Bandits was the title of this year’s musical extravaganza by the pupils of the Monastery CBS Primary School, Tipperary Town.
The show ran for two nights at the Excel’s Simon Ryan Theatre and the audience was entertained with singing, dancing, comedy and drama. The school band opened the show with tin whistles and bell ringers and was followed by an excellent rendition of dance down through the ages by, ‘Evolution of Dance’. The orphans sang popular songs from the musical Annie and the in the second half cowboys and indians performed in the wild west show based in Splodge city.
Congratulations to all the talented pupils of the Monastery CBS and the teachers who put in all the hard work behind the scenes.
