Mooreabbey Milers Athletic Club members who ran the Loop de Loop half marathon in the Glen of Aherlow
As the autumn leaves begin to fall, attention turns towards the cross country running season and the county scene gets underway on Sunday October 6 with the County Even and Novice Championships down for decision in Galbally.
The Tipperary County Athletics Board thanks the Mooreabbey Milers club for hosting these championships.
Then on October 13 all roads lead to Moyne for the hosting of the County Juvenile Uneven, when the Intermediate titles will be decided, by the local club.
The following fixtures were also decided recently -
October 20 – The Munster Juvenile and Novice Cross Country Championships will take place in Conna, County Cork, promoted by St Catherine’s AC.
October 27 – The County Juvenile Cross Country relays will take place in the Thurles Crokes complex.

November 3 will see the Munster Juvenile Uneven and Senior Cross Country Championships take place on Tramore Racecourse.
On November 10, the County Juvenile and Novice B Championships will take place at the Turnpike.
On November 17 the National Juvenile Even and National Senior Cross Country Championships will take place at a venue to be decided.
On November 24 the Munster Juvenile Cross Country Relays and Masters Championships will take place at the Turnpike.
