Tipperary All-Ireland winner promoted to senior position in leading finance firm

SYS Financial, one of Ireland’s leading financial planning firms, is delighted to announce the promotion of Jake Morris to the role of Senior Employee Pensions Consultant for the Munster region.

In his new role, Jake will be instrumental in driving the continued growth of SYS Financial’s Corporate Financial Services division, with a particular focus on employee benefits. He will continue to advise employers on implementing competitive, future-ready benefit structures, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and provide employees with practical, one-on-one financial guidance.

Having completed his Master’s degree in International Business, Jake joined the firm in 2023 as an Advisor, rising to Employee Pensions Consultant, where he provided expert guidance to corporate clients on employee benefits, such as workplace pensions, group protection, and overall financial well-being. Jake has helped employers enhance the value of their employee benefits offering, contributing to a more engaged and satisfied workforce.

The Nenagh Éire Óg forward is now a central figure and vice-captain of Tipperary’s hurling panel, having played 65 times for the senior team. Jake has won four All-Ireland hurling medals so far, at Senior, u21, u20 and Minor levels.
