We're hiring: Centenary Agri recruiting a Mill Operations Manager

Due to the ongoing expansion of our business, the allocation of significant capital resources for future investment and re-organisation of our operations, Centenary Feed and Grain Ltd are recruiting a Mill Operations Manager to organise and oversee our manufacturing processes.

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the smooth operation of our Animal Feed Mill to include:

- delegation of tasks and communication of priorities to team members;
- direction of manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure the facilities operate to maximum efficiency levels and in compliance with Quality Standards;
- pre-production planning along with production scheduling and control;
- supply chain optimisation to meet production and customer requirements;
- monitoring production standards and maintaining quality control programmes;
- raw material efficiency management in addition to raw material and finished product stock control;
- implementation of best practice in Health and Safety standards and Management Information Systems; and
- fostering a spirit of co-operation and communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will:

- have previous Management experience in a manufacturing environment;
- possess excellent planning, scheduling and prioritisation abilities;
- be quality-orientated and safety-focused;
- work to ensure deadlines are met;
- be flexible with a positive problem-solving outlook; and
- be customer-focused.
