Rockwell College in Cashel recently shared some snaps of past pupil Adam Buttimer, who performed as a soloist with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland.

The school posted the following message after the amazing feat:

"Congratulations to past pupil Adam Buttimer, who recently took to the stage with the National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland as part of their Lunchtime Series, presented by RTÉ lyric fm’s Liz Nolan.

"Adam’s 20-minute concerto performance was the result of years of quiet dedication and perseverance—made possible by the prestigious RDS Music Bursary, which supports and celebrates exceptional young Irish musicians.

"We’re especially delighted for his mother, Suzanne Buttimer, Director of the Rockwell Music Academy, who has inspired so many young musicians through her work—and now had the joy of seeing her own son shine on a national stage.

"A proud moment for the Buttimer family and for everyone at Rockwell College."
