This collaboration is a natural fit for Cashel Palace, an esteemed member of Relais & Châteaux, the globally recognised collection of hotels and restaurants that embody excellence in hospitality, cuisine and sense of place.

“As a proud Relais & Châteaux property, food is central to the guest experience at Cashel Palace,” said Adriaan Bartels, General Manager.

“We are fortunate to be surrounded by one of Ireland’s most fertile and abundant regions. The Golden Vale offers a larder of
extraordinary quality, and it is a privilege to celebrate the producers who bring it to life.”

Proceeds from ticket sales will support local producers and future collaborative initiatives. We encourage businesses and individuals to purchase multiple tickets, bringing colleagues, friends, and family together to experience this unique event.

Tickets for the event will cost €225 per person, or you can purchase a table of 10 for €2,000.

This inlcudes a pre-dinner drinks reception, canapés and jazz duo, five course menu with wine, and post-dinner live music.
