There was no uncertainty about Tipperary's qualification for the All-Ireland senior hurling final, despite the confusion that arose during last Sunday's semi-final against Kilkenny following the mistake made when a point was registered on the scoreboard for Tipperary, despite Noel McGrath's shot being waved wide by an umpire.
That's according to Tipperary manager Liam Cahill.

"It was just human error," the Ballingarry man stated at this week's media event ahead of the All-Ireland final against Cork on Sunday week.

"Everyone in the GAA likes to do their best.
"We'll move on, it was unfortunate but out of our control. These boys (his players) were just concentrating on getting over the line.
"Kilkenny, like ourselves, if you don't win on the field you're not going to bring it to the boardroom".
