Ardú has been shaking up the Irish vocal scene for over a decade
One of Ireland’s most celebrated a cappella groups, Ardú, have announced a live concert in Cashel this September.
The popular group will play at St. John the Baptist Cathedral on September 14 as part of the Cashel Arts Festival.
Ardú has been shaking up the Irish vocal scene for over a decade with their bold,contemporary take on a cappella. Known for rich harmonies, inventive arrangements, andserious stage presence, they bring fresh energy to everything from pop covers to original works. Whether lighting up festival stages or making waves on TV and radio, Ardú never fails to leave an impression.

Their blend of talent, creativity, and heart has earned them a loyal following and a reputation as one of Ireland’s most exciting vocal groups.
Ardú have pioneered the genre of a cappella music in Ireland with performances at the Cork International Choral Festival, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, London A Cappella Festival and have been featured on BBC Radio Ulster, RTÉ Lyric FM, RTÉ Radio 1 and The Ray D'Arcy Show on RTÉ 1.
In July 2017, Ardú hosted the first Irish International A Cappella Festival in Dublin.
In October 2017, Ardú competed in the new talent show Sing: Ultimate A Cappella on Sky 1, hosted by Cat Deeley.
Ardú play a sensational mix of well known artists such as Kodaline, David Bowie, and The Cranberries. They also play a host of Irish songs, old and new as part of their set.
The group will play during the 2025 edition of the arts festival, which sees Cashel transformed into a vibrant hub of creativity.
This four-day event showcases a rich tapestry of contemporary arts, set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Rock of Cashel and the town’s storied heritage sites.

The event will start at 8pm on Tuesday, September 16.
