Cahir native Conor Cashman has been selected for the NZ Marist Rugby tour across New Zealand

A massive congratulations to Conor Cashman, Cashel RFC’s former senior team captain, who has been selected for the NZ Marist Rugby tour across New Zealand.

Conor, a proud native of Cahir, is currently living and working in New Zealand, and has been named co-captain of the touring squad.

He’s already making his mark, picking up Man of the Match honours in their first game against BOP Ngawha!

Cashel RFC say they are "incredibly proud to see one of our own leading from the front on an international stage.

"Best of luck to Conor and the NZ Marist team for the rest of the tour, we’re all backing you from back home!"
