A driver in Clonmel was stopped by gardaí ono Wednesday after being seen driving past a primary school while talking on the phone and not wearing a seatbelt.

When stopped, gardaí discovered the driver had no insurance.
Gardaí added: "Our Roads Policing Unit spotted the driver of this car driving past a primary school in Clonmel completely oblivious to life around him while conversing on the phone with no seatbelt on.

"When we stopped him we discovered he had no insurance either."
The car was seized and a court appearance will follow.
