A recently opened gallery in Clonmel is reflecting on a truly special opening night for its latest exhibition, ‘Urban Canopy’.

Held at 14 Mitchell Street, Clonmel, above The Narrow Space, the evening was a heartfelt celebration of art, nature, and the local community.

The new linn gallery wishes to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who attended and made the opening night so special.

"It was a joy to see so many people gathered to celebrate local creativity and support the artists involved," began the gallery.

"We were also deeply honoured to have Dr Alan Moore of Hedgerows Ireland and Suircan Environmental Forum to officially open the exhibition.

"Dr Moore’s presence added a unique depth to the evening as he shared valuable insights into the importance of Ireland’s native trees and hedgerows.

"His words served as a gentle reminder of our natural heritage, noting that while progress is being made with new local strategies, the protection of our environment remains a vital conversation for us all. linn gallery is incredibly grateful to Dr Moore for his contribution to the evening and for his dedicated advocacy," they concluded.

The current exhibition ‘Urban Canopy’ is now officially open to the public on the first floor of 14 Mitchell Street (above The Narrow Space) and runs until 28 March from Tuesday to Saturday, 10.30am - 5.30pm.
