The game in Croke Park was televised on RTÉ 2 and plenty of Tipperary fans have been snapped at the game during the live broadcast.

There was late drama in the match which ended in a draw after normal time with 16 points apiece for the sides and the game went to extra time in Croker.
Tipp overcame Kilkenny though in ET to finish on scoreline of 1-22 to Kilkenny's 0-19.
