LATEST: Kilkenny turnout is strong in Tipperary North constituency

North West Kilkenny voters are voting in the Tipperary North constituency

North West Kilkenny voters are seemingly out in good numbers voting in the Tipperary North constituency this morning.

This comes despite concerns that many in the area would abstain from voting in protest to the change of constituency boundaries that led to them voting out of county. 

As of 12pm Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny is matched with Roscrea for an average turnout of 10% at polling stations.
