A recheck of bundles for Seamus Healy and Martin Browne has concluded.
Sinn Fein has conceded and Martin Browne (6,237 votes) has officially been eliminated and his votes will now be distributed to the other candidates.
Browne's transfers should mean that Seamus Healy (6,316) is in pole position to take the third seat in Tipperary South as he will likely receive more than Imelda Goldsboro (7,271).
Incumbent TD, Martin Browne, has lost his seat in Tipperary in another blow for Sinn Féin.
