Lawnmower and building materials stolen from properties in rural Tipperary communities

Gardaí are investigating the theft of a lawnmower and building materials from properties in the Golden and Kilross areas. 

Lead was stolen from a house under construction in the Knockroe area of Golden around 8pm last Wednesday, December 28.

Meanwhile, timber slats were stolen from a farmyard at Ballywire, Kilross between 11pm and 6am on the night of Monday/Tuesday December 19 and 20.

And a push lawnmower was stolen from a shed at a house at Mantle Hill, Golden between December 11 and Christmas Eve.

A Tipperary Town Garda Station spokesman appealed to anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in any of these areas on the dates the crimes were committed or has any information that may assist their investigations to contact the station at (062) 80670.
