Memories and Melodies is at Cashel library this Friday morning
As part of the Bealtaine celebrations get along this Friday morning to Cashel Library where you can check out 'Memories and melodies' with Jean Farrell who wrote and presented her one-woman play called 'The Six Marys'.
Jean will read some of her most popular articles. Her sister sings well-known songs linked to these too. The show is a nostalgic (and in parts funny or poignant) trip down memory lane. It explores life in Ireland, during the 1950s and ’60s, remembering happy times when we were young and innocent, full of hopes and dreams.
Get along to the library this Friday morning the 12th May to see Jean at 11am. A great morning is guaranteed and there will be free refreshments served too. It promises to be a wonderful morning so get along early for it.
