Global HR software company BrightHRhave  announced a new partnership with County Tipperary Chamber, designed to provide tech support and drive growth. Since launching in Ireland just 5 years ago, the company has seen huge uptake and daily usage, with almost 6,000 Irish businesses now using their transformative people management tools.

Alan Price, CEO at BrightHR, says:

“We’re delighted to partner with County Tipperary Chambers. SMEs are the beating heart of Irish business, and we know that few small businesses can hire a full HR department. But they need HR services just as much as larger companies. Mistakes can be costly. That’s where technology comes in. It’s no longer just ‘nice to have’ but a must have.

“Last year was challenging for many business owners. And we went into 2023 with over a third of Irish businesses just hoping to survive the year. Rising costs, staff shortages, and employee retention are just some of the challenges facing SMEs.

“Our smart HR-software transforms people management by providing the advice and support needed for SMEs to grow their business. Getting reliable help can make a huge difference to a company’s success. Through this partnership, we look forward to continuing to support small businesses across Ireland, helping them save time and money, and allowing them to maximise opportunities and focus on successfully growing their business.”

Michelle Aylward, Chief Executive at County Tipperary Chamber, says:

“We’re delighted to have BrightHR as our new partner as the voice of business in Tipperary. BrightHR prides itself on its commitment to making a difference within the business landscape, as an award-winning HR software provider that simplifies people management. This new partnership allows us to extend our support to our members within Tipperary and we’re excited to launch this new offering.”
