A man of many talents - Eamon will be a great loss to all in south Tipperary

The death has taken place of Eamon Anglim of Lismoynan, Drangan. Rest in Peace.

Late Eamon Anglim
We extend sympathy to Mairead, Eoin, Laura, Damien and Brian on the recent death of Eamon Anglim of Lismoynan.

In his younger days Eamon was a well known and talented badminton player and a prominent member of Macra na Feirme. Eamon was also a hard-working member of Drangan Community Hall Committee.

Eamon worked the family farm in Lismoynan for many years, but it was in his video work that Eamon found his true vocation. As well as videoing weddings Eamon also covered First Communions, Confirmations, Hurling and Football matches and many family events.

In recent years Eamon and Mairead took on the renovation of the old convent in Drangan and turned it into a very successful business with many families using it as their base for local gatherings.

Eamon also was a great family man, and the arrival of his grandchildren certainly brought a smile to his face.

May Eamon rest in peace.
