Garda appeal for public's help with investigation into theft of van in Tipperary Town

Gardaí are seeking the public’s help in their investigation into the theft of a white Renault van in broad daylight from Tipperary Town’s Main Street last week.

The van was parked between the town’s banks and traffic lights when it was stolen at around 11.30am on Monday, September 25.

The van was found in Limerick city that evening and a person found in possession of the key for the vehicle was arrested.

However, gardaí continue to investigate the theft and appeal to anyone who saw suspicious activity on Main Street on the morning of September 25 to contact Tipperary Garda Station at (062) 80670.
