IN THE DARK: Huge amount of faulty lights in this large Tipperary town is highlighted

There is over 20 street lights not working around Nenagh town, especially around Kenyon Street, Pearse Street, Summerhill, Sallygrove, Dromin Road and Tyone, according to Labour Party local election candidate Louise Morgan Walsh.

"I've reported these to Tipperary County Council," she said.

Ms Morgan Walsh has urged anyone who needs to report a faulty light to either message or, if they prefer, they can report a street lighting fault directly.

"You’ll just need the pole number and location. Once you have these details you can submit the fault online through Enerveo Ireland (Formerly SSE Airtricity Utility Solutions) or by calling 0818-372772 (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm)," she said.
