Nenagh Courthouse: Tipperary woman pleads to three separate thefts in the same town on the same day

A woman who pleaded to three separate theft charges before Judge Elizabeth MacGrath at Nenagh District Court has had her case adjourned to January 25.

Aoife Kennedy, 27, of 24D Ormond Drive, Nenagh, pleaded to taking goods valued at €61 from Ryans Pharmacy, Pearse Street, Nenagh, on September 12, 2023.

She pleaded to taking goods valued at €165 from Holland and Barrett, Pearse Street, Nenagh, on the same day.

She further pleaded to taking goods worth €52 from Ray Walsh Pharmacy, Pearse Street, also on the same date.
