The popular Tipperary Town Shopping Centre has hit the market for just €1.6 million. 

The purpose built Shopping Centre, which is anchored by Dunnes Stores (not included in sale), comprises ground and first floor retail, pharmacy and restaurant units as well as a separate car wash. 

The site - which extends to 1,707 sqm. (18,377 sq ft) - comes with free car parking with approximately 308 spaces.

According to the listing on Daft.ie, the current passing rental income is €229,485 per year.  

Tenants are not affected by the sale.
