Much sadness in west Tipperary with passing of two well-known locals

LATE TILLY GEARY, R.I.P.


Sincere sympathy is extended to the family, neighbours and friends of the late Margaret Tilly Geary of Barronstown and late of Courtmacsherry, county Cork who was laid to rest on Good Friday in St Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary following prayers for the faithful at St. Nicholas’ Church in Sologhead.


Predeceased by her husband Martin Geary and husband Michael Mooney, Tilly will be sadly missed her loving family Mary, Michael, Eddie, Marty, Rita and her son Matthew, brother, sisters, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family and Tilly's many friends. RIP.

LATE PA NASH, R.I.P.


We also sympathise at this time to the family of the late Pa Nash RIP of Ardlamon, Ballykisteen, Monard who was laid to rest on Tuesday last in St Michael’s Cemetery Tipperary following Requiem Mass in St. Nicholas’ Church in Sologhead.


Pa who previously worked at Howmedica in Limerick will be sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Olive, son John and daughter Patricia, grand-daughters Louise and Julia, his sister Mauna, son-in-law John, daughter-in-law Natka, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, neighbours and Pa’s many friends.
