Recent deaths
The death has occurred of Sr. Josephine Corbett, Swansea, Wales. Sincere sympathy to all her sisters in religion and remaining family at home in Newtown, Annacarty.
Dodie, as she was fondly known, was interred in Swansea.
The death has occurred of Tom Shanahan, Doon. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Mylie, Willie, Dan, Michael and Joe, sisters Winnie, Annie Mary and Margaret and all extended family.
After Mass in Doon burial took place in adjoining cemetery.
Sincere sympathy is extended to the family of Tom Quirke, June 22 in Sacre Coeur Nursing Home.
Regretted by his brother in law Denis Tangney, nieces, nephews and all extended family.
Burial took place in Cappawhite.
Sincere sympathy is extended to the family of Annie Ryan, Inch, Cappawhite who died in Mullingar.
Sadly missed by Una Sweeney and Marie, son-in-law Brendan, remains were interred in Doon.
