Ruff commute? Busy train service halted on line in Tipperary over rogue dog
A busy commuter train to Dublin was halted in Tipperary on Thursday morning due to a rogue dog on the lines.
The driver brought the train to stop shortly after 9am as hundreds of commuters attempted to make their way into work and college in Dublin.
An Irish Rail update on X said: "The 9.25 Cork/Heuston is currently delayed between Limerick Junction-Thurles due to a dog on the line. Update to follow."
As of 11am, there has been no further update on the delayed service or the daredevil pooch who caused such a rough commute for passengers heading from Cork to the capital.
