Tipperary Sports Partnership hosts successful 'Go For Life' Festival

Tipperary Sports Partnership recently hosted it’s first Tipperary Go For Life Festival at Moycarkey-Borris Community Sports Centre.

This festival brought together ten groups from across the county celebrating active ageing through fun, games and community spirit.

Ten teams participated in the event enjoying friendly competition through Boccia, Málaí and Scidils.

The organisers say the atmosphere was full of energy, laughter and teamwork.

The winning teams on the day were:

Borrisokane Men's Shed – Cup winners;

Thurles Older Adults – Shield winners;

Cashel Active Retirement – Plate winners.
