This annual fundraising event gives the community a chance to come together and dedicate a light to their loved ones.
Local volunteers from the hospice’s Nenagh branch helped ensure that each dedication was honoured on the tree, adding a personal and heartfelt touch to the ceremony.
The Christmas Tree of Remembrance will remain on display on the steps of Nenagh Courthouse throughout the festive season, until after the New Year, providing a space for reflection and remembrance.
The tree forms part of Nenagh’s broader Christmas programme, which began earlier with Light Up Nenagh 2025, blending music, theatre, and seasonal spectacle with this moment of reflection. The tree was lit at 6.15pm on November 30.
