The Tipperary Town to Dundrum road remains closed this Monday morning following a single vehicle crash near Aileen Cross last night.
A motorist was seriously injured in the accident at around midnight between Tipperary town and Dundrum on the R661.

Motorists are being advised that diversions will remain in place until further notice.
Gardaí are advising motorists to avoid the area if possible, and are asking trucks travelling on the route to turn for Donaskeagh at the Rossmore roundabout exiting Tipperary Town.
