Dooly’s in Waterford won Best Burger at an Independent Chain while Sun of a Bun in Cork won Best Gourmet Burger Specialist
The announcement comes ahead of Ireland’s first-ever National Burger Day, taking place today, 21st June, which will see hundreds of participating outlets across the country offer a special 2 for 1 deal on their signature burgers in celebration of National Burger Day.
In the past month alone almost 17,000 Irish burger enthusiasts cast their vote for the most mouth-watering burger in the country.
With over 500 burger outlets to choose from, The Hungry Moose in Kilkenny has been awarded the honourable title of the best burger in the country.
