A day care centre in Tipperary Town was burgled in the early hours of last Friday.
St Vincent's Day Care Centre at Glenview Square in Tipperary was broken into between 1am and 1.30am on June 22.
A number of rooms in the centre were ransacked and the burglars made an unsuccessful attempt to open the safe. They did, however, steal a 32 inch television.
A Garda spokesman appealed to anyone who saw suspicious activity in the vicinity of the Day Care Centre in the early hours of last Friday to contact Tipperary Garda Station at (062) 51212.
