Tipperary Education and Training Board is to run a range of part time courses in Carrick-on-Suir that will start in September.
The accredited free part-time courses will be in Childcare Level 5, Computers, Culinary Operations, ECDL, English as a Second Language, Healthcare/Childcare Level 4, Healthcare Level 5 and Home Repairs & Maintenance.
ECDL, Healthcare Level 5 and Childcare Level 5 will be evening courses.
The courses will take place at the Further Education & Training Centre, formerly Comeragh College, at Greenside and will be for Social Welfare recipients, Medical Card holders and Community Employment Scheme participants.
