John and Marie Osborne of Osborne Chiropractic had a double celebration this week.
The Clonmel based chiropractors celebrated 10 years of business in Clonmel and a new practice in Powerstown House in Gurtnafleur Business Park, with guest speaker on the night Pat Divilly, health expert.
The pair moved from Dublin ten years ago and set up a new practice in Clonmel, with the business going from strength to strength over the years and they have now moved to a larger premises, within Powerstown House.
With their mission statement taking pride of place in the new practice, it’s clear to see this couple is focused on improving health and quality of life by empowering us to take a proactive approach to our health.
Young or old, it’s never too early or too late to work towards living your best life.
Pat Divilly engaged the crowd with some simple and fun exercises, his message one that echoes that of the Osborne’s…if we want to improve anything, it needs effort and time, our health being no exception.
Divilly stated consistent, small daily changes in our approach to health have a compound effect over time.
