Ireland’s only “Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit” will take place on 11th October this year at the AVIVA Stadium continuing to grow and reach wider audiences. This year the Summit will be even bigger and more interactive while maintaining its mission of making Mental Health Information and Education accessible to anyone who wants it.

The impressive line-up of speakers this year includes Joe Schmidt, Brent Pope, Prof Jim Lucey, Fiona Tuomey and many more personal experience and expert speakers in this field. Attendees come from all over Ireland, the UK and the USA and include not only some of the country’s largest Corporates but state bodies such as An Garda Siochana, Irish Prison Service Officers, Defense Forces, the HSE and many more.

No other event provides so much varied and practical information about managing Mental Health. Attendees can decide which topics they want to learn about and take away information to implement in their own lives, workplaces and homes.

The Summit has partnered with 3 of the country’s largest, well-known companies; Irish Life Health, L&M Keating and John Sisk and Son, championing mental health awareness in the workplace.

Previous attendees shared their thoughts about the event…

"Last Friday's summit was exceptional. I really enjoyed it and have since recommended it to many of my colleagues. I would absolutely love to attend again next year. Thank you"

"Congratulations on a great event this year. I am looking forward to attend next year’s event. As a HR Professional I've seen a massive increase in the number of colleagues talking about their Mental Health which makes this Summit so important "

Once again, the Mental Health and Wellbeing Summit will be the biggest and most informative event of its kind to take place in Ireland and is encouraging people from all sectors to attend.
