Clonmel Folk Club is looking for a new home.
The gig performed by American bluegrass, country and gospel band The Brothers Parker last Tuesday was the last at the Town Hall in Parnell Street.
The folk club was a mainstay of the town's entertainment circuit in the 1970s and early 1980s.
It was revived almost three years ago to support the annual Clonmel Busking Festival and to increase the live music offering in the area, with about 12 gigs held each year.
The revived club started life at the Main Guard, before moving to the Town Hall about a year later.
In the past three years it has hosted several top names including Mary Coughlan, Freddie White, Johnny Duhan, Eleanor McEvoy, Eleanor Shanley, Niall Toner and Luka Bloom.
"Ideally we're looking for a venue that would seat about 100 people", says Eelco Beckers, one of the club's organisers.
"The original idea was to hold the gigs in an alcohol-free environment.
"It's important to keep live music going in the area, and we're also hoping that more people will come to the shows", he said.
