Padraig Costigan, Teagasc
A practical fodder and financial workshop facilitated by North Tipperary IFA, Teagasc, AIB and IFAC Accountants will take place on Monday, September 10, in the Abbey Court Hotel Nenagh, at 8 pm.
This meeting will be chaired by IFA. Speakers Padraig Costigan Teagasc will discuss the fodder situation and how to bridge the gap; Pat O’Meara, agri-manager AIB, will discuss cash flow and how to manage finances in a difficult year; Tom Ryan, manager, IFAC Accountants, will discuss pending tax returns and options for farmers.
There will be an opportunity for farmers to have an individual audit of their fodder requirements, information needed on the night, stock numbers and fodder secured to date.
There will be a number of Teagasc advisors available on the night to facilitate this.
Imelda Walsh, North Tipperary IFA chairperson, is encouraging members to attend.
