Presidential candidate Senator Joan Freeman will be speaking on the topic of "Fostering a culture of well-being", at the Tipperary Excel, Tipperary Town on Tuesday next, October 2nd at 2pm.
The Pieta House and Darkness into Light Founder will also launch a new Fitness Programme for the Canon Hayes Recreation Centre, which will be outlined by the Centre's new Health & Fitness Manager, Daniel Whyte.
The Chairman of the Canon Hayes Recreation Centre, Martin Quinn, will welcome Senator Freeman to the event and outline the very positive role played by the Centre in promoting healthy living.
This event is open to the public and all are welcome.
