A take-away food stall operating at Semple Stadium, in Thurles, has been shut down by the HSE.
Bengal Indian Foodstall was served with a closure order on September 25 last.
The Food Safety Authority has not yet said when the stall will have permission to reopen.
The closure notice was served on Conor Glennon, Bengal Food Co Limited under the EC (Official Control of Foodstuffs) Regulations 2010 (S.I. No. 117 of 2010).
No further details as to the reason for the closure was given at this time.
